Residential Inspections
The focus of our real estate home inspections is to assess the current state of the property inspected and educate our clients on costly issues that may surface after the purchasing process ends. Our inspectors will thoroughly inspect all major components of a property to expose unknown defects and deficiencies. Digital evidence and photographs of identified issues, along with recommendations to repair and additional comments where necessary, will be summarized into a very detailed and easy to understand report provided to you within 24 – 48 hours after the inspection has been completed.
Moreover, a free in-person or phone consultation regarding a summary of findings, is offered to you during the inspection and/or within 48 hours after the report has been received.

What to expect?
